I’m a woman of faith and a natural motivator with a true love and passion for helping women who are on the edge of change.
As a corporate leader, coach, and mentor, I have facilitated events, trainings, workshops, accountability groups and coached individuals through personal growthand the process of setting and achieving their goals.

It was in this process a major gap between mindset and execution was identified.While many people had goals, oftentimes they lacked strategy, accountability, and a daily routine that was in alignment with their goals.
